1. What exactly am I buying?

The recipient will receive a handmade bouquet of fresh flowers, protected by a box.

2. What do I do if I need help or have doubts before placing my order? 

If you have any doubts about your order or need our help, all you have to do is write to us at [email protected] or call us on 0571 30663 from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. We will explain how to buy a bouquet of Flowers and Colours, advise you and/or help you choose a product, or simply listen to help you.

 3. How can I buy? 

You can do this through our website. Browse our products and choose the one you like best. Click on the product, select the size and finally click on 'Add to cart'. Then all you have to do is fill in the fields with the personal data of the recipient and the consignment. Complete with your purchase data, accept the terms and conditions and pay via PayPal or credit/debit card. If you call us, we can advise and help you through the process.

4. Do you have a physical shop?

Yes, we have our shop at Via Giovanni Lami, 8 in Santa Croce sull'Arno (Pi). We are waiting for you to visit us.

5. What can I do if the purchase does not correspond to the desired quality?

First of all, please know that your happiness and satisfaction are paramount to us.
Write an email enclosing photos of the bouquet or plant to [email protected] (within 48 hours of receiving your order). Together we will look for the ideal solution.

6. To which areas of Italy do you deliver? 

We ship our products throughout Italy and hand-deliver locally.

7. Can I send the bundle the same day?

We do our utmost to offer you our products where and when you want them.
In rare cases we can deliver by hand on a day-to-day basis.
Contact us and we will find a solution.

1. Is there a possibility to cancel an order once the purchase has been confirmed? 

Of course, if we have not yet produced and sent your bouquet we will stop the order. Get in touch with us as soon as possible by writing to [email protected] or call us on 0571 30663 from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 - 13:00 and 15:30 - 19:30. If, on the other hand, the dispatch has been made and the parcel is already on its way, this means that it is in the hands of the courier and therefore cannot be cancelled.

2. Can I make changes once I have made the purchase? 

Did you make a mistake or want to change something in your order? Get in touch with us as soon as possible by writing to [email protected] or call us on 0571 30663 Monday to Saturday, 9:00 - 13:00 and 15:30 - 19:30. If we have not yet produced or sent your order, we will make the required changes. If you want to change the delivery details, but the bouquet is already in the hands of the couriers, we will do everything we can to make the changes, but we cannot guarantee that it will arrive the same day.

3. Is it possible to change the bouquet that appears on the website?

We design unique bouquets, designed for every occasion and type of person. If you want to customise your product to the maximum, choose 'Create your own bouquet'.

1. What payment options do I have? 

You can pay us by credit card (via Stripe) and via PayPal.

2. Is making a payment on your website safe?

We guarantee the security of every payment made on our website.
In order for you to shop safely, we use an SSL certificate to protect your personal data and credit/debit card information from possible fraudulent use.

3. Can I have an electronic invoice?

To obtain an electronic invoice, contact [email protected] within 1 day from the date of purchase.

4. Can I make a purchase by telephone? 

The purchasing process must take place online, through our website.
Doubts? Need advice? We will help you with anything by phone.

5. Can I buy a week in advance?

Yes, and we recommend that you do so in order to manage any changes with sufficient time, should they become necessary.
