1. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free in the Cuoio region. For the rest of Italy it costs 8€.

2. What are the shipping times?

Shipping in the Comprensorio del Cuoio usually takes place on the same day as the order, in Tuscany it takes 1 working day, while in the rest of Italy shipping takes 3 to 5 working days.

3. What happens if there is no one at the delivery point when the courier arrives?

If for some reason the bouquet is not delivered, please contact us by email at [email protected] or call us on 0571 30663 Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 13:00 and 15:30 - 19:30, Saturdays from 9:00 – 13:00 and 15:00 – 19:00. Our products will arrive to you protected by a box and the bundles will be wrapped with a damp cloth so that they stay hydrated and will last for several days during the journey, should they not be delivered in time.

4. What happens if there is a problem with the order?
