1. Information prior to the bargaining process
The General Terms and Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between Fiori e Colori Wedding & Events s.r.l. and the user or client, in accordance with the legal provisions, in particular, Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on general terms and conditions of contract, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, approving the consolidated text of the General Law on the Protection of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the protection of personal data, Law 7/1996, of 15 January, regulating retail trade, and Law 34/2002, of 11 June, on information society services and electronic commerce.
Fiori e Colori Wedding & Events s.r.l. reserves the right to make changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Conditions. Such modifications may be made, through its web pages, in any form admissible by law and in force for as long as they are published on the web page and until they are validly modified.
The purpose of the website is to offer and advertise the sale of all kinds of flowers, plants and decorative items.
The duration of the contract will remain bound to the delivery of the product without penalty of the right of withdrawal.
As a user or client he/she explicitly declares that he/she knows, understands and accepts the conditions of use and the aforementioned general terms and conditions. Likewise, he/she declares to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity and capacity to act necessary to access the website of Fiori e Colori Wedding & Events s.r.l. and to purchase through the same.

By completing the purchase process, the customer will receive an order confirmation sent to his e-mail address. 2. Offer and validity
If a product is on offer, it will always be indicated as such together with its essential characteristics, the price of the offer and its validity.

However, Fiori e Colori Wedding & Events s.r.l. reserves the right to withdraw, re-establish or change the products offered on its webpage, simply by making changes in its content. Therefore, the products offered on the webpage at any given time will be subject to the General Terms and Conditions in force on a case by case basis. Likewise, the company will have the right to cease offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the products mentioned.
3. Essential product features
The products offered in our online shop include a photograph and the essential characteristics representative of them. This information is obtained from the manufacturer itself. The colour of the product, which can be seen in the photograph, is not binding.
4. Guarantees
All products offered on our online shop are inclusive of the commercial warranty of the supplier of the same. Fiori e Colori Wedding & Events s.r.l. provides a customer service during the warranty period. The beneficiary of the warranty is therefore authorized to make it by heading to the Fiori e Colori Wedding & Events s.r.l. head office to the customer service department, by email to [email protected] or other contact points established by the supplier. In case of doubt, he/she may head to the customer care telephone or through e-mail [email protected].
5. Prices
All products indicate the sales price in Euro and are inclusive of VAT. If an additional tax is applicable, this will be indicated.
6. Delivery costs
All the products offered in our online shop come with the commercial guarantee of the supplier of the same. Fiori e Colori Wedding & Events s.r.l. provides a customer service during the warranty period. 7. Delivery costs

8. Delivery of the order
As soon as the order confirmation is sent, the product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the order in the approximate time of one to five (1-5) working days from the moment the order leaves the warehouses of Fiori e Colori Wedding & Events s.r.l.
Fiori e Colori Wedding & Events s.r.l. accepts no responsibility in the event that the order is not fulfilled due to the data provided by the user being phased, incorrect or incomplete or due to causes outside the scope of the delivery agency's responsibility, such as the absence of the user or the detention of the product at customs.
Shipping times are approximate. However, Fiori e Colori Wedding & Events s.r.l. makes every effort to respect them.
9. Terms of payment and execution of the order
The customer may pay for his order by opting for any of the following methods. During the purchasing process he shall indicate his preference for the payment method:
Visa or MasterCard
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a security environment, a server based on the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) standard security technology. All information transmitted will travel in encrypted form through the network.
Furthermore, credit card details are entered directly on Stripe (payment gateway) and are neither entered nor registered in any Fiori e Colori Wedding & Events s.r.l. server. Proceeding with payment by VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following data will always be requested: card number, expiry date, and a Validity Code which coincides with the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of the VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees in the security of the transaction. This payment method is only valid on the web.
In the event that a purchase amount is debited unduly or fraudulently using the card number, the cardholder may demand immediate cancellation of the debit. In this case, the corresponding debit and reimbursement entries in the current account of the supplier and cardholder respectively shall be made as soon as possible.
However, in the event that the purchase was made by the cardholder and the request for reimbursement does not fall within the right of withdrawal and/or cancellation and, therefore, the request for cancellation of the charge was made improperly, the person responsible will be obliged to compensate Fiori e Colori Wedding & Events s.r.l. for any damages caused as a result of such cancellation.

Paypal offers a service designed especially for those who are dissatisfied with traditional payment mechanisms.

10. Right of withdrawal, refund and complaint
Pursuant to Section 103 of Act 3/2015, of March, whereby the consolidated text of the General Consumer and User Protection Act is amended, goods and services that are provided according to the consumer's specifications or are clearly customised or which, by their very nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
If you have had complications with your order we would like to be the first to know. It happens very rarely, but if this is the case please contact us. Fiori e Colori Wedding & Events s.r.l. undertakes to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions established and accepted at the time of sale. If the client wishes to lodge a complaint, he/she may do so by e-mail [email protected].
In some shipments, there may be a case where the flowers in the order are not available due to quality or availability issues. In this case, Fiori e Colori reserves the right to replace the product for one of the same or higher value. We cannot replace or refund in this case and we appreciate your understanding.
11. Jurisdiction
Fiori e Colori Wedding & Events s.r.l. reserves the right to take any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate for the improper use of its websites and contents or for any non-compliance with these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the supplier complies with the regulations in force and applicable to the Italian territory. In the event of a dispute, the parties may submit the conflict to arbitration or the judicial system, respecting the common rules on jurisdiction and competence.
